I would be more worried about frame issues than engine issues. Check the timing belt but these engines will run twice that easy if taken care of. Overall hard time to get a good price on used vehicles with all the shortages going on.

    Thats suspiciously cheap.

If the timing belt as been done regularly the engine should be fine. And like @4thgenV808 said, I'd be taking an extremely close look at the frame underneath. Check inside the rails near the engine and trans mounts for it flaking away.

Long as you can see it first hand or get pictures/verification, check:
-maybe most specifically for rust check front passenger side frame right inside wheel well where the body mount is, as the ac condensate drains literally right onto the frame right there
-exhaust manifold both sides for excessive rust/cracking
    -timing belt/water pump/thermostat completion
-look at steering rack u-joint for excessive play and any leaking oil
-video of ac compressor engaging with sound to verify clutch/bearings are not gone
-any maintenance records on fluids changes, namely transmission and transfer case (if they have what the fluids were even better)
-check every door edge where the pinch in the metal is for rust
    -check sunroof drains for clogging
-check rear hatch rubber button for degraded rubber - not super expensive just annoying to replace

Without information on all that, and wayyyy more pictures than that ad provides, I would be HIGHLY suspicious of that price.

If available, check the maintenance records also.
