I've searched & Googled and searched some more... Have seen cautions of hyperflash, adding resistors or the plug behind the fuse box, found turn signals for $50!!! yikes... but they do look cool... There's gotta be cool dudes out there that have done this already! (?)

My 97 4runner has just rolled over to 200k... want to do a little upgrading (inspired by driver blinker bulb burning out). Have found clear bumper blinker covers that I've almost committed to... suggestions... thoughts? Guess I'm lookin for a friend or two to bounce idea's off....

I'm not super flush... live in Seattle... there's no budget... but I can justify sensible spending to improve safety... and the cool factor :) (first post - forgive me if I didn't do it correctly)
