I went with a Bronze cap. Much better than the red.

Sometimes I like the look without the center caps...sometimes.

I just ordered the exact same ones.... they are actually arriving today, knock on wood. I'm glad to hear you think they look decent. Given the low price, I was skeptical.

It is, but they take the same lug nuts. Different inserts though.

They're really nice, and they seem bulletproof. Nice quality.

well I got the lugnuts and they look pretty good. I put them on the vehicle and wasn't thrilled with the fit/finish of the inner threads as they did not spin completely freely on the studs during tightening. most of them were pretty rough at a few points. Despite my best efforts, I managed to scratch up the black finish on a bunch. I torqued them properly.... hopefully they hold up and hopefully the studs are no worse for it.

Stated I would never use plastidip in my life but the ability to peel the results won me over.

Initial plan was to spray them with 2k satin black or buy the heritage caps but grabbed a can of smoke plastidip since I already had this style of centercaps.

I did shoot two of them in smoke and two is matte black plasti. Decided I like the subtle contrast of the red/smoke.

Fantastic! thank you! I'm definitely going to give that a go. I'm going to run down to Autozone now... hoping they have a can in-stock.

You keep adding coats of the smoked until you reach desired result.

I was busy with other priorities, but did about 5 coats over two days. believe it is 30 min between coats. I followed up with plastidip clear.

Goes on looking rough/orangepeel but levels out on its own during drying.

Menards $10 had stock, unsure if you have that store in your area.

Black lug nuts would look a lot better.

I am keeping the factory chrome nuts for the same reason I went muted red instead of straight black.

Murdered blackout isnt for me and all too common.

Maybe on a different color body but its too much in my eyes.
