    Hi there,

I have a 2024 Toyota TRD Pro and am interested in installing the cold air intake part number PTR03-89100. I contacted the dealership, but they mentioned that the part is not available for the 2024 model. However, I’ve seen installation videos for the same part on a 2023 4Runner. Do you think it would be compatible with my 2024 TRD Pro?

Search for the list to build it yourself and use the MAF extension from Michigan Motorsports for cheaper than the kit. Then you can braaaaap to more noise but no extra power on your 24. It's the same engine since 2010 so it works on all years.

I have it on my 19 and it's just noise.

I just don’t get it. You get absolutely zero gains from it.

Too many..... And looks. It does nothing. You can buy the K&N filter alone and will probably get the noise. Other than that, nothing there. But the rubber pieces do look nice! :spending:

Looks way better and doesn’t sound completely like a Dyson.

I have it and really like the sound. Sound is feedback, and feedback is good sensory information for the enjoyment of the car. I also consider it a bit of a safety feature, how many times does the sound of an engine next to you help you know that there's a car next to you without you having to look? It doesn't hurt to have more information letting others know you're passing. That's my .02.

Buy it if you like it. I put one on mine for the looks and sound. To each his own. Make the vehicle what you like and enjoy. Ignore the naysayers. There is a thread on here with all the parts by number. Find it and you can get the parts much cheaper. Takes an hour or two to install yourself.
