Has anybody here had to replace their 2nd gen OEM lines?

If so, what did you replace them with and have they helped long term with you trucks?

I was mulling over possibly buying a 3rd generation lines since it's the same transmission but haven't done anything... yet. I can't find the 2nd gen lines anywhere especially since Toyota discontinued them. Maybe even Tacoma lines for 1995???

I’m not much help as I have a manual but do you have a Pick A Part in your area ? Here in Southern Nevada ours now has a running current inventory search right on the website that makes it really convenient for searching. I check ours now weekly for new 90’s 4runners that come in.

You might find some used factory lines there that could be cleaned up and reused.
