    This shows Toyota is expecting tremendous depreciation on it, losing $42k in value over 3 years and 36k miles.

    when i initially read the article, i thought that due to the payment - it said that you'd be taking LESS camping trips and i was like yeah no shit.. with a payment like that (plus insurance and gas..) thats like ~1600-1800 a month LOL

    You’ll need to camp in your truck all the time because you won’t be able to afford a house or apartment. You’ll look cool with the snorkel though. That’s worth being homeless. :)

    I’d worry about where residuals are heading when lease deals are already being rolled out. Contrast to just last year, when a lot of people were willing to pay $55-60k for the old Pro only because they knew they could trade it off a year later for what they paid or even more. Nobody wanted to lease that one.
