The new 4Runner fugly looks were not one-off. Toyota RAV4 concepts even worse.

    Oooh look, another mod.....
I like picture #1. It looks like a tough street racing SUV. A real "TRD", but they have to get rid of that QR code in the grille. The #2 picture looks like a Suburu. Bleh.

Thank goodness most of these designs never come to be. Some elements maybe, but not the whole thing.

I don’t think the looks of these new gen Toyota trucks and SUVs are going to age well. (Tundra, Tacoma, 4Runner, RAV4) To me, they are indeed “fugly”.

Looks like they moved over a couple of Subaru designers to the Toyota desk.

I don't mind the new Sequoias and some of the LC250 trims design wise.

The new 4R and Rav4s though, will take me some time to digest. I am still not 100% onboard with the facelifted 5th gen 4R front. I would have preferred the 2010-2013 MY front end, but that's just me though.

Looks like a 3D render and a RAV4 Wilderness to me respectively. I don’t hate the latter and I understand the intent as cosmetic off-road packages are still in. I doubt we’ll see either hit production in any guide before the next redesign comes along.

I still hold the first-gen, pre-facelift Sienna highly and that late-90’s, some early-00’s era overall as where their most timeless designs originated.

I like the new Tacoma and 4runner style except I did see a white tacoma sr5 with small tires and enormous black plastic wheel wells. Now that looked like shit.

If it's that useless then fire the concept team and put the money in QC instead.

    Gross.

Hopefully they tone it down a bit.

I finally saw the new GX in the wild a week or two ago. They look really good, IMO!

Man if I didn’t love my ORP so much, that GX might be worth the stretch.

Yep, turn all these 1998’s silver and I’d say they’re just as comparable.
