Hey all, so im about to move 2K miles away and im towing a 5x8 trailer along with 400lb payload. I changed all my fluids recently, except PS and brake fluid. I’d guesstimate that between the miles between fresh fluids and final destination is 3K. Should I change the fluids again once I finish the move or will it be fine for awhile?

Sounds like all of your fluids are super fresh.

Just to make sure, you did your rear diff fluid, transfer case, and Transmission fluids?

Sounds like you good to go, maybe a fresh engine oil change if you're at 3K? I always change my oil for a long distance tow but that's me.

The trailer and weight you're going to be towing is nothing close to putting a strain on a 4Runner, you can change the engine oil if you choose to since you're going another 2000 miles before you would otherwise change it, other than that just make sure all fluids are topped off and enjoy the ride!!
