Do 4runners look like the bottom of the tire is toed out and the top is toed in naturally? Mine has seemed to appear this way since I got it. People tell me all the time that my right front tire sticks out at the bottom but it only appears that way at times.

That wouldn't be toe. It would be camber.

Do you have any pictures? Its possible you could need an alignment. It's not typical, but it's possible it could have been off from the factory.

Thanks. Haha. Whoops. I will try to take a picture of it tomorrow in the daylight. It pulls to the right just a tad but I live in MS and our roads are crap. The steering wheel shakes at about 57-62 mph and has since new. Taken it to the dealer 2 times and they, of course, couldn't replicate it.

The steering wheel shakes is from wheel balance.

Get a road force balance on a Hunter machine.

I see it. If it's convenient, I would take it to your dealer and point it out. Have you noticed any uneven tire wear?

Not yet. Only 6k miles and I rotated them at 5k. I will take it soon I suppose. This dealership here sucks. I might try a different dealer.

Looks like a slight negative camber. Tire wear would be towards the inside.
