Sorry this may have been posted but need help with a direct answer.

I have the 265/70/R17 tire size which is the default OEM size.
Is the next larger size the 275/70/R17?

I was looking on many tire sites and the 275 /70 is not a size that “fits” my 4runner but I see many using this size with no issue.
    I see a 275/60 R17

Yes, that one size bigger. 10mm wider and 14 mm taller, specifically. With stock wheel offset, they shouldn't rub.

My buddy has an SR5 with them and he doesn’t rub. The OR wheels are 14mm offset vs the SR5 is 30mm so you should be good, especially with your lift.
