1999 4runner v6 sr5

Hi, new member . 1999 sr5 275k miles. Slight tick on driver side, used “ hillbilly stethoscope “ to try and narrow down. Loudest from exhaust stud. Increases w/ rpm rise. Any ideas?

Have ya done the hillbilly smoke test and pulled a small amount of transmission fluid through a vacuum line to see where the smoke comes out from? Y know to see if it is an exhaust leak?
