LEDs all around, otherwise bone stock.

So for those of us with 4th gens, this has been a problem for years. Lots of threads on T4r.org, but stumbled on this today.

Has anyone tried these fixes, or found one that works?
Ive tried many without success, but may try this later this week.

I guess I always assumed it was the glass, but the TSB points to the deflector.
