You take a photo of another T4R from yours, and admire their rig a little more than your own? Kinda like that one time I questioned my hetero status when I watched Magic Mike XXL...for the first hour

I just wonder if their install had any problems and what workarounds they may have employed.

If I see a 4 Runner less cool than mine I stare that bitch down

If I see one cooler than mine I avert my eyes and hope the dude doesn't notice me

Lol. I think it all depends on how your 4runner feels about your drifting eye. Some runners are cool with that. Heck, even encourage you to take a ride.

But careful, some 4runners are a bit more traditional and would just rather kill you in your sleep. You dont have a limited do you?

I was afraid of that…you might want to sleep with one eye open in case she goes all Christine on you. If you even suspect your Limited has noticed you lookin around, order up a nice mod to her to keep her happy.

I have a Tacoma (Taco) and my wife has a 4Runner (Burrito). When we are driving in either one and I see another one, I say "TACOOOO" or "BURRITOOOOO" out loud and she shakes her head.

I'm kind of annoying to drive with..lol

I know the feeling. Spotted the one on the left in May of 2020 and loved that tire size.
Had to add a set of 285's to my 4Runner.

Can't really tell in this pic but his tires were bigger than mine back then.

I also have a Taco - 4Runner combo platter, and whenever I pass a Tacoma in my Tacoma I put my hand up to my head in the "Tatanka" sign from Dances With Wolves and mutter "Tac-oh-mah"

4Runner in 4Runner gets a "Rrrrrrrunah!" with a long roll of the R

I just bought a new Civic so I'm working on that one

I'd love to replace my 2006 Nissan Frontier with a 2012 or newer Tacoma.

I have occasionally drooled over other people's builds. I have mine in winter mode right now, so I look at pictures from summer and drool over my own. :D

I thought it wasn’t the size of the tires but how you used them?

Not necessary… the motion of stock suspension gives you the feeling of being on the ocean on a nice day. I enjoyed it very much…so comforting, warm and accepting.

That said, Im not going to lie, there is no replacing (ahem)… firmness. My dobinsons suspension finally gave me what I never admitted I really wanted. Even though there is no extra length, the girth is very nice … it helps with heat buildup. Sometimes it’s a little rough, I might get slapped around a little when Im not carrying a load, but it comes with the territory I guess. I know the Dobs are in control.

Wait, what are we talking about?

I'd venture a guess that the glance at that 'perfect' 4Runner across the way is the seed behind 99% of mods.

That, and spending way too much time on forums.
