    Anyone else paying $500 a year for termite treatment and insurance???

    He was surprised I had pressure treated lumber on top of the cinderblock foundation. I said “I thought all wood that touched block/concrete should be pressure treated?” All looks good!!!

    No major mods yet
    No termites here. My neighbor had 80 pounds of beehive pulled from inside his walls a few years ago though.

    We pay around $300 and something. Living in the deep south there are two kinds of houses those that have termites and those that will.

    2015 Inferno Orange 4Runner TRD Pro
    No termite treatments or required insurance in Michigan. I've had a full inspection w/ no inkling/sign of them, though that's not to say they couldn't make an appearance. I had a huge carpenter ant problem last summer, but a heavy dose of Ambro took care of that. I did a lot of preventative this year and haven't had a single issue.
