    If you have the equipment on hand, Motor R&R would be around 6 to 6.5 hours plus or minus due to the applied skill level.

    Once on a stand the sky is the limit depending in how deep you go with disassembly and checking tolerances and parts.

    Welcome to the forum, bigger question is what issue doe you have on your Runner?
