Hey guys, I have a problem.

    From inside the truck:

    - I cannot open/close the tailgate window
    - The rear wiper/washer doesn't work

From the outside (with my key):

    - I cannot open the tailgate
    - I CAN open/close the tailgate window

Looked in the fusebox under the hood and can't find anything related to rear wipers/tailgate. Any suggestions?

There’s the fuse box under the hood, and there’s a second fuse box under the dash in the drivers footwell, near the hood release. I have a 2010 wiring diagram, which is probably not 100% accurate for your 2019 Pro, but on that diagram there are multiple fuses involved, as well as a module called the Multiplex Network Door ECU. So when you’re poking around checking those fuses, also check any fuse that begins with IG or ECU.
