Hey y’all, I got a toytec ultimate lift kit installed on my 2016 4runner about 2 months ago. A couple weeks ago, I started noticing some ‘clunking’ metal on metal type noises, but only going over speed bumps and such. Didn’t really think anything of it. Now... a couple days ago, I was getting some pretty severe clunking, so I called the 4x4 shop who did the work and set up a time to bring it in. They told me my sway bar was badly bent, and pointed out the relocation kit had sheared off at the bolt. The manager insisted that I had been towed, or pulled improperly... but I haven’t even had time to go off-roading. I haven’t been towed, or been in any type of accident. I’ve just been driving in the city. Anybody have any thoughts on what could have caused this? Or if I’m being lied to and the shop goofed up and won’t own up to it? Thanks!

sounds to me like they "pulled or towed" it improperly. if it's a decent shop I'm sure they'd take responsibility.
