So this is on our 21' TRD ORP that has less than 800 miles on it...

I installed the 5100's yesterday. I was playing with the rear shocks on the bench to see how soft they were, and how long the travel was and all that. So one shock, after I compressed it and released it to expand up, as it neared the top of the stroke it shot up an inch maybe an inch and a half and topped out with a "ding". I pushed down and you could feel the shock stack hit the oil and start to flow smoothly. Feels like the shock didn't get completely full of oil.

The other shock slid smoothly up to the max length and all the way back down to the bottom. I took a video, but I don't pay hosting sites any money to store video. But yeah, so there it is. I couldn't believe it.

    Check your shocks I guess?

How are you compressing it? Not sure how you are going about compressing it all the way.

I thought you were doing it on the 4R still.

    Youtube is free.

I’ll check that out. I’m didn’t think there was anything free anymore. Especially YouTube.

I reread my post it’s not as clear as in my head.

Yeah I put them on the bench and was just messing around. It’s odd because it’s only like an inch of fluid is missing.

I’m guessing it’s an anomaly but I was still surprised nonetheless.
