Hi, today the steering wheel started twitching left and right suddenly while driving at low speeds of 20-30MPH. I call it twitching because it didn't just steer, it was twitching. Even if I let it go and kept driving slowly on the straight road, it kept twitching left and right little by little, but the vehicle didn't move toward either side. Even when I held the wheel it was strong enough to twitch still.

First thing that came to my mind was tire pressure but all is good..

Any ideas? Has anyone had this issue? I haven't taken look yet, its late night now.. I sure hope it has nothing to do with some rust on the frame.

    Thanks.

All I get is this little box?!
Inner/outer tie rods. Check by jacking up and checking for play on wheel at 3 and 9 o clock.

Did it continue to twitch, or just do it on that roadway?
if it only did the one time then it could of been the road, or maybe some road debris got stuck between the brake pads and rotor, and nothing to worry about.
If it not and it doing it all the time or off and on, it could be several things, as mentioned tierod ends, brake calipers starting to seize up, warped rotors, brake pad build up on the rotors, wheel bearing/s going bad, or road debris still stuck in the brakes.
