I would start also at tire and wheel balance. You dont say what rims and tires (brand). There are a lot of rims and tires out there that have QC issues. Even some of the good companies have issues with this. For example, the BFG KO2 that I have took WAY to much weight to balance out. I had to take it back 3 times to get it right. Another thing to look at is alignment, depending on how they lifted it, the caster etc. could be giving some issues. When geometry gets out of wack things get weird.

In my experience the most likely issue with steering wheel shake is tire balance. It needs to be done by a knowledgeable shop that knows how to "road force balance". Look up the definition of road force balance to understand why it is necessary on big tires. I just had an Icon lift installed on my 2019 TRD Offroad with new Icon rims and 285/70/17R Nitto Ridge Runners. Smooth as glass at all speeds and better than stock setup. The shop that did the lift and tires does the lifts for 4 Toyota dealers. I talked to him at length because I was well aware of the touchy front ends on our 4Runners. I actually went to one of the dealers he does work for and drove one of the 4Runners he lifted to see how it drove. It was smooth.

Old thread with no feedback on fix, so lll try to revive it. I had a shake at 60 after I added a front winch with hidden mount, house battery, and an air compressor. I ended up increasing spring weight from 10mm to 20mm on my BP-51s. Now there’s no shake. Not sure if it is possible to adjust on your rig, but if it is, you might check the weight/spring rate.

Also, I run 285/70/17 KO2s and love them. The only issue was when I added the weight to the front axle. You have to road force balance them though.

Maybe all the tires need is high speed rebalance from a reliable tire shop.
