98 2WD 4runner. Truck was running fine. I changed the timing belt. Now the truck will start and run for about 1-2 seconds and quit. I double checked the cam timing mark was aligned and the same with the crank shaft timing marks. Any thought as to why it won't stay running?

Forgot to mention, no OBD codes are present and I verified the fuel pump open relay is good as well as good fuel pressure.

Welcome to the forum from North Carolina.

If all was good before replacing the timing belt and you are certain all alignment marks are set. Check all of your wiring and hoses to ensure none got missed or left loose. Basically check over all connectors and hoses removed and make sure they are attached.

Thanks, ya that's where I am right now. I didn't remove any vacuum hoses and don't see any loose just just hunting still.

Double check timing marks are all aligned?
Definitely go over all hoses and connectors AND coilpacks/ sparkplug wires.
Had the same issue on my 02 Tacoma turns out I had the plug wires incorrect
