SR-5 RADIO UPGRADE TO ENTUNE / GPS?

Hello All.. I have an SR-5 base model. The radio does not have the built in entune package and GPS... Do you know If this radio can be updated? I do use android car play with my samsung...

Negative Sir... I use Android Car Play for now... I think the entire radio has to be updated also to include a GPS antenna.. ?Will inquire when I take it in for 1st oil change in 4,000 miles

 

For the sr5 you can only do Android auto or Apple car play to get GPS. I am in the same boat. I have been playing around since getting my truck last week. I need to be plugged into the media port to get waze and my sirius to work together in my dash. I have the old sirius lifetime plan so I intend to let my trial expire since I do not need a plan just for my 4runner. I wish I had a second media port or that the GPS and android auto worked through bluetooth but apparently no. I can only stream sirius but no GPS navigation that way
