What if you have 75’s on and you need to put a 70 spare on. Will it heat up the diff or cause any damage?

I wouldn't run it for a long time like that. You could always put the spare in front and run in 2wd

I made it home towing the boat with 15 psi in one front tire didn’t even know it was flat.
