    2007 Black 4Runner SR5 V-8 with 213,000 miles
    None
    Is this is the right side one of two below intake manifold?

    If the other valve sticks closed, will the engine go to limp mode with a permanent OBD2 code?

    Almost any of those codes seem to throw it into limp mode. What I did on my mother’s truck and someone had already done on mine before I bought it was the bypass kit they sell online . Just google secondary air injection 4 runner and a bunch of stuff will come up
