Search(non) function

People like to pester folks for asking questions and not using search first, but have you ever tried using this site’s search? It sucks pretty badly. Lmao I spent a couple of hours over a few days trying to find a thread that I have read a couple of times and could not find it. I tried broad search with only a word, narrow with several words. The trouble is if you don’t nail it on a title search it fails, if you don’t use title search for a broad search you get 27,934 returns, too many terms and you get “Nothing Found”. I ended up using google to try to find the info elsewhere and google located the thread I was looking for. Fuck that search engine. It will drive you nuts with its inefficiency - you can’t find shit with it.
