An "FYI"! I have my FJ40 for sale (Listed here and elsewhere). I received a text from someone "interested". I could not return the call as it would receive a text only. I confirmed it was for sale. He asked for a report from"vehiclererportweb.com"=punched it in and the FTC lists it as an on-line scam! Sellers Beware!

When I worked in the Title Insurance industry (before I returned to college), I attended annual seminars on real estate "scams". The head attorney for our underwriter told us: There are guys out there thinking all day how to commit insurance fraud=you can't think of how to stop them and still do your job=you don't have the time! That's our job=call us if it seems suspicious!"

And, you never know who it could be. Some 40 years ago the FBI showed up at the office and arrested one of my coworkers. Turns out he was involved in a international insurance fraud scheme. Crazy!
