So I installed the TRD Pro rack last weekend. One of the corners just didn't feel like it "Grabbed" the way the other three did...and while the rack itself doesn't move on that corner, the bolts bounce a little when you press on them. I suspect the retainer clips below dropped (Even though I followed the advice of removing and replacing the bolts a few turns at a time evenly). I was going to leave well enough alone, but now the danged thing is leaking.
    What now?

Remove rack and see what's up if you want to find the leak. I don't know of another alternative.

Do the bolts on the suspect corner just spin when you try to tighten them? If so you'll need to remove the headliner to retrieve the bracket.

They are tightened tight to SOMETHING, they dont spin at all, but that whole corner "bounces".

I wonder if one of the bolts on the bouncy corner is cross threaded. It’s tight, but hasn’t pulled the corner all the way down to the roof.

    Possibly...what's the fix for that?

New bolts and bracket for that corner, I would think.

Congratulations on the fix. Had the bracket inside come loose or was it simply new bolts were needed?
