Rod Holders on Front of 4Runner?

    Looking for options for installing rod holders (and possibly a cooler rack) on front of '16 4Runner Limited. I'm not at the point, yet, of popping holes through the plastic to get to something structural. I was considering a front receiver mount until I saw one on the front of a Tundra this weekend. It was a bit low for my current tastes.
