I am in the MA/NH area, swapped mine about 2 years ago.
I am part of a Facebook group for 4th gens in which there are a ton of people nationwide if you wanted to reach out to others that would be the place. I got quoted by a shop that does lifts and bodywork for around $150 to install them, I decided to do it myself.

It also depends on what projectors you want/accessories (halos, strips, demon eyes, paint, etc)

    Start by deciding:
    - which projectors you want
    - LED strips?
    - LED halos?
    - LED demon eyes?
    - painting of the housing?

The projectors will determine a pretty good chunk of the price for install. Some projectors are almost "plug n play" while others require you to modify the reflector bowl or housing. Some might require a bracket too...

Www.theretrofitsource.com is where I get my parts. Email them and they can get you started on researching parts you need

You can also use www.lightwerkz.net for service and or parts !!!

Those lights dont look like a retrofitted light .. it looks like a completed aftermarket set .. I may be wrong though...

Is it any bit aggravating to deal with the wiring since the '03 has the drl's in the lower bumper. This is something I really want to do once any funds come in. I absolutely love to having the best headlights possible. Since I probably can't afford those I suppose I could settle for a bit less than the best. As long as they are of quality construction...

I am just so wary of aftermarket lights. It is so hard to know what kind of quality they are and with my luck I would spend $600 or so and get garbage lights. Most of you have better luck than me (I hope)...
