Replacing Rear Wiper Motor Assembly

Hello Fellow 4runner enthusiasts,

I'm trying to replace the rear wiper motor. I bought a refurb and I thought it would be easy. It isn't. So far, I have removed the plastic rear hatch cover. This is what I see right now. Can someone help me with what I need to do next? I have looked all over the internet and come up empty so far. Thank you all!

 

No idea, Iowa4runner, but please make a video of what you do so that I can figure it out if I ever need to some day! I hardly ever use mine, what's back there doesn't matter much to me and with all the grit and road salt they use in my area in the winter, it will only scratch the rear window anyway.
