Received my Bilstein kit

Hello,
well I finally received my Bilstein kit for my 2020 4runner offroad with the KDSS. I went with the Bilstein B8 6112 for the front and 5100 in the rear with B12 coil springs. My question is where do I set the front clips in the front ? I basically want a 2 inch lift , and get rid on the nose dive in the front. Do i set both to #4 ? Thanks

 

I have that info. So i guess I raise front left and right side to same number Clip 4 . Thanks

The springs on my Bilsteins 6112s settled a lot. Springs for a stock build / no load. You might want to go the next circlip up to account for any settlement.

 

What clips did you start out on? How much did it settle?

 

I have the slightly older 6112s where there were only 7 circlip settings that maxed out at 3”. I was aiming for a 2.5” lift up front so set it at clip 5. Resulted in a height similar to a TRD Pro so had to set them again at clip 7 which says 3” but turned out to be more like 2.5” for me. The only drawback to these 6112s is they’re a PIA to fine tune heights.if they had adjustable collars where you only needed a spanner wrench they’d be perfect. You’ll be happy with them though. Best value out there IMO.

 

Ive found the bilstein setting suggestions yield more than stated. That said ill bet $$ to donuts that 3# will yield 2"s even if it states 1.7"
