I installed a new mat in the cargo area
The window lock is not on, the fuse is good, rear hatch is unlocked. Do I need to get at it from the inside or does any have a possible work around before I start tearing her apart?

There is a good video on YouTube about how to switch out the motor for the rear window. Sounds like you have power going but something is not working in there before you tear apart, take it to a window tent automotive audio install they do stuff like that also.
