    Hey all!

My 2Runner has rear drums and I’m beginning the believe that they have never worked since I bought the car a year ago. The nose pitches forward a lot on braking and my e-brake has never worked (it clicks and the cable works)

My question, is there a good way to adjust these brakes? And if so, would anyone be able to provide me with resources/a sentence on how to do so?
    Thanks.

You can definitely adjust them, and it sounds like yours are out of adjustment. This guide walks through replacement of the rear drums, but part of that replacement is adjustment, so you could totally just do the adjustment part.

Really, it sounds like you should at least take the drums off to inspect the shoes, and at that point, adjustment is relatively easy as you put everything back together.
