Got a 97 4runner 4x4 that needs new rear axle bearings. I did a elocker axle swap from a 98 runner that has abs. My 4runner is non abs . Do I have to put the abs ring back on or can I leave it off? And if I have to put it back can I use the old one? Any advice would be great. Thanks

YES, you need the ABS ring, The axle does not care if the truck has working ABS, But it was originally a ABS AXLE and uses ABS AXLE parts. Ask me How I know.
