Radio Controls

A couple of simple questions about the radio controls
1. Why does the “up” button on the steering wheel take me “down” through the preset stations? From preset 4 to preset 3 etc? Did I program something incorrectly?
2. Is there a button that moves through Sirius stations one by one or do I always have to use the controller knob?
3. When I push the right control it does nothing. Is that right? On most cars pushing that takes you to the radio fader controls. Or something anyway.
