Does anyone make a full rack that's all aluminum + powder coat? Or are all full racks steel (in part)?

I know there's some aluminum cross bars out there. Just not sure about a complete aluminum rack system.

Check out Green lane off-road, they are out of Canada and I believe all the products are aluminum.

SSO uses aluminum crossbars and side rails.

I almost bought this rack. The deciding factor for LFD was location. SSO is another very good company for us

That’s why my 4Runner and wife both have high quality bolt on racks.

Victory rack installed. Super easy to put together and get mounted up.

Nope. I refuse to buy a light bar that costs more than $200. I got this off of Amazon for for $180.

Where does the forward mount come in the roof? In the gutter or on the rubber or does it rest on the paint? The others use the factory roof racks mounts I know. My wife is looking to get a roof rack for our (her) 4runner and refuses to mount one that rest on the painted surface at all.

It sits on the roof but sits solidly and doesn’t move.
