What's up. I think I've done my homework reading on here and YouTube videos enough to pull the trigger on buying some 17 inch rims, but would appreciate your confirmation and thoughts for consideration beforehand. I don't think I need anything for the panhard or KDSS going 1" in front but could be wrong.

Current stock height and 20" rims will change as soon as the Eibach shocks arrive. Using stock springs, I plan on increasing the front suspension 1" to help better clear 265/70R17 tires (KO2, Nitto Grappler, maybe Wildpeak?...I'm undecided here but going for nicer road handling and low weight.) Its my DD and any tire will get me places I need to go when on dirt.

    To the original question:
Rims: Am I correct thinking the following rim specs will work with a 264/70R17 without rubbing or other issues on a 1" lift?

Wheel - RRW RR7-H, matte bronze
    Rim size: 17" x 8.5"
    Bolt pattern: 6x139.7
    Offset: -12
    Backspacing: 4.28"

The limited has XREAS, not KDSS. Yes you can go with 17s.

Okay, cool. I know 17's work, I wasn't sure about that specific backspacing and offset. My understanding is that, that negative backspacing and offset will push the tire away from the caliper requiring more turning radius for the tire to clear the wheelwell.

I purposely left out XREAS because it will be removed when installing the Eibachs. I'll get under there again after work but thought it also had KDSS.

-12 will most likely rub and require trimming. Front lift on IFS will not help clear tires. They move fender liners for the Pros when fitting with +4.

265/70-17 is the stock tire size on the SR5 and TRD OR. Normally you'd be able to clear this tire on stock suspension, but not with those -12mm wheels. Get wheels close to (or even numerically higher than) the stock +15mm offset.
