I just took delivery of a 2025 TRD off-road hybrid that is pre-wired with 4 auxiliary switches. The manual shows the location of 3 connectors (2 on the inside of the front bumper and one in the cabin on the driver's side)...I was able to find all 3 on the vehicle.

I went ahead and purchased the auxiliary switch pigtail adapters (PT974-89251 and PT974-89252) from Toyota and they sent me 3 pigtails between the 2 part numbers.

I cannot for the life of me find the 4th connector. Is there a 4th connector?

I have read the user manual front to back and have searched all over the internet for answers.

Looking for help finding the 4th connector location...

    Thanks.

so how do I connect to the 4th aux switch? Do I connect directly to the back of the switch or something?

The wires are within the other connectors. The Owner's Manual should lay out which switch is for what circuit.

Thank you. That makes sense. So, between the 3 pigtails, I should be able to connect to all 4 switches. I have the same 3 pig tails that you show in your photo.

after reading the owners manual...it seems as though we only need 2 pigtails for 4 switches.

The larger connector pig tail handles AUX 1 and 2. the Smaller connector pig tail handles AUX 3 and 4.

The smaller connector can be plugged in the engine bay, or in the cabin...but regardless of where you plug in, the pig tail with the smaller connector seems to handle AUX 3 and 4...so there is no real need for all 3 pigtails I guess. at least that is how I am interpreting the manual now.

Not sure what the power switch ON* / AUX No. 5 is all about...I do not have an Aux 5...but I see the white cable on the smaller connector pigtail.

thanks again for all the help with this @sudobash

It is the white wire on the engine bay connector. The above is straight from the Owner's Manual.
