Nah man, I ain't got enough 80's action hero testosterone and disposable income to pull it off. Gotta stick with my mall crawlah Nightshade looking tough picking up Ferrero Rocher chocolates and desert wines

I guess mine would be... mine

Base SR, little lift, little bigger ATs, hidden winch

I also enjoyed my former TX Baja with steelies and a winch, as seen here on California's Lost Coast... but the SR is more useful and weirdly has more creature comfort options (minus 6cyl and locker)...

Finally took it on a trail ride here in the Ozarks. It needs a rear locker and taller MT tires. The Falken Wildpeaks really struggled on the wet rocky / hilly terrain.

Following @nimby lead with a prerunner style truck, this thing is basically a frankenstein driveway project that has evolved over 10 years. He has completely redone just about everything, while still keeping the V6. But it really isn't a Tacoma anymore and way beyond what a bolt on guy like myself is capable of. I just admire his ingenuity and skill.

This was mine between my '03 and my '19 4Runner. '15 Off-road, DCLB V6. This was the vehicle that got me interested in off-roading. I definitely lost money trading it in upside down, but I have no regrets!

    That’s going to be awesome!

I’ve been itching to start a project on a 90s 4Runner or Tacoma to SAS.

That '92 is frickin' sexy! But, it's not a Tacoma. ;)

Thanks man. I started it awhile ago and got hurt at work and kinda lost interest in it. Gotta finish up building the steering and brake lines. But should be pretty sweet when it's done.

FYI: this guy is @Basikbiker on Tacoma World and modifies Tundra Steering racks to retro fit in Tacomas and 4Runners/FJs. For those of you that are planning 35" and up sized tires or LT or both.
