I have seen some well made stuff on here, but I don't have the time or really want to build one myself. Can anyone that has bought a platform storage post some of pictures or recommend a good company? I would like a 60/40 split drawer system if possible. I don't need a fig tie down or sink cutout. Thank you.

Nice I will check out their website.

Yeah this one keeps popping up in my fb feed but I think it might be a scam. I goggled the address and its a run down shop. Don't know if I can trust it. If its not I do like the options.

I've watched their youtube video a couple times. Seems legit, but I suppose if I were trying to scam people, I'd try to seem legit too. Looks like they take Paypal. That might give you some buyer protection.

Thought you said a 60/40 split drawer system? It easily customizable and has a full slide out.

Yes, I meant full slide out meaning I didn't have to open the rear passenger doors to access other storage drawers that's all. But this system looks good as well, thank you.

How many of you guys with drawer systems still sleep in the back of your rig? And how do you feel about the reduced headroom? I built a low platform that just handles s refrigerator slide on one side and a slot for a small camp table on the other. With that, only 2" tall, I find the head room while sleeping in the back OK, I am concerned about the 10" a drawer would add. Thanks

I sleep fine in mine, plus 4” air mattress, it’s a little claustrophobic but once it’s dark, not so bad. I have window screens and a fan, it’s pretty comfortable and bear / people resistant. I’ve been sleeping in the back of pickups with drawer units for years.

I was really close to pulling the trigger on a platform from Wheelsfeels a few year ago and they seeeeeeeeemed legit... but something about their online presence still just kind of gave me the ick. Didn't buy. I still get discount emails every so often since I signed up for a discount code on their site while I was researching what I was going to buy.

I don't have a drawer system and that's largely because I want as much headroom as possible. Even with no drawer platform I had to cock my head at an angle to sit fully up in the back of the 4R (my GX I can sit fully upright in). Sitting totally upright is a game changer for camping comfort IMO.

I bought a partial system from them last summer. I had some issues getting all the the parts they were supposed to include, but their customer service was responsive and did eventually get me everything, but it took a little back and fourth with them. They are legit, though.

Good to know thanks. I might be going to see a guy here in FL this weekend that has a shop that makes some drawers systems to see them in person.

So in doing my research I found this site https://modulroverland.com/ and messaged the business last Sunday. I wasn't expecting a reply till Monday, however the owner emailed me back. I found out they are located in FL as well, so I drove out to meet him and so see his product. Needless to say after meeting with him today, I just submitted my order. This is his rig in the photos that he used to show me the options I wanted. I was unsure of a 3" or 5" deck so he installed both so I could see the difference. I went with the 5" as it will hold what I need. Est 4 weeks for him to build it and I'm ok with that, he is very level headed and has good customer service. I will post it once I install it in my truck.

Hey what are those pole going accross southeast liner? Look like that are attached to the coat hangers?

That looks cool and utilitarian. How do you use them?

    Love those low profile drawers

I will have to ask him, next time I talk with him. I would guess for fishing poles.

For solo camping (not for couples or families) I use a cot and tons of room under it for boxes of supplies and soft suitcases for clothing.
I leave 2nd row Small side seat up for changing clothes, reading, eating. Sure headroom is low but I am sleeping.IMG_6052.jpg IMG_6053.jpg IMG_8274.jpg
