Parts department Sheehy Toyota in Fredericksburg, VA

Has anyone had experience with them in regards to returns and processing an RMA? I ordered these on 1/6/26 PTR20-35110-G4

They shipped these which I just received today. Cannot get any on the phone in the parts department, they do respond to my emails. Any suggestions or stories of working with this dealership, seems like they have mediocre online ratings.

Looks like their parts dept is two people? Have you emailed them both?

 

I called more than once and the guy that transferred me explained it’s a one man show and he usually doesn’t answer calls. Emailed them also. I’m sure they have contractual obligations to their customers to make things right, just very frustrating is all.

 

What issue(s) did you run into with the wheels that they are ghosting you on?

 

^Seems he ordered gray TRD SEMA wheels but they sent him 6th gen wheels that don't fit without spacers.

 

If you ordered with a credit card you can always ship them back and then get a refund with the credit card company. They will ask for the tracking number.

In this scenario you would eat the shipping return cost.

 

Correct. Exactly what happened. Considering I already bought 265/70r17 tires, these 18s are useless to me unfortunately. Nice looking wheels though.

 

Luckily they offered free shipping, Sheehy reached out this morning thankfully and sent me the return labels. Now it is just a matter of waiting for the correct wheels to get here.
