I know what the code is, and I cleaned the gas cap rubber seal and mouth if fill tube to tank.
Cleared code, 160 miles later it came on.
Clearee code again and am going to monitor miles again.
I use Torque app to detect fault codes and an Actron (spelling) scanner.
Question I have is, is it common for our gas caps to fail?
Or is it the evap on drivers of engine system?
    93000 miles, 2019.

I did order a new one.
Now, when I bought this, their was a recall for the fuel pump, and that was 2022 I think. I did have it replaced the day I bought it at Toyota.

Yep, My last one on the Tundra about 2 years and then the replacement has been a trooper. Must be hit and miss on qc on such a high volume production item... Or not. Depends on your opinion.

The evap code is saying there is a vacuum leak somewhere in its fuel system: fuel tank, fuel pump gasket, hoses that connect fuel tank to gas cap & filler tubes. The charcoal cannister and its hoses are part of this system. My Pilot had this issue for months. Turned out It had a tiny vacuum leak where the gas pump nozzel filler tube (steel) connected to a steel tube that lead to fuel tank. It was not designed for service-so I made some tools to pry it apart. I silicon greased 2 large O-rings where these two parts joined. it solved the issue.

You said your fuel pump was replaced. So the tech certainly disconnected lots of parts in this evap monitored system. Try to learn what he took apart?

An old school mechanic used a low pressure smoke pump to spot likely leak sites. He wanted big money to replace some components which is why I did a DIY for just my time-all day Saturday and a Sunday morning plus a smear of new grease.

I am going to the dealership Monday to ask if this is still covered under any warranty due to it being recently worked on per say, and its emissions related. Cant hurt to ask.
Otherwise, I will replace cap, do a vacuum test on purge valve. And, well, just monitor it.

^You got the fuel pump recall done 4 years ago? There wouldn't be any remaining warranty on the shop workmanship.

Emissions warranty for most items (except catalytic converters and PCM) is the same as the bumper-to-bumper warranty, 3yrs/36k from date of first use.

Do a visual inspection of the evap hoses and clamps. With 7 yrs and 93k, some of the clamps may have cracked from rust. One of the flaws of OEM constant-tension clamps is they aren't stainless.

Might just smoke test it honestly. Could be something very simple

Buy an OEM one, not something off Ebay or Amazon. I've been burned twice with fake OEM caps on Amazon for a Tacoma and my old 4Runner. They both leaked and brought back the code. After buying one from the dealer I never had a problem again.

my 2011 SR5 with 177,000 miles on it has its original gas cap and no issues. A 2022 has 58,000 miles on it no issues.

I would just replace the cap. It’s too easy not to try there first.

I had to replace the gas cap on my 2015 Tacoma once so far. The truck is now at 143k miles. I did use an OEM fuel cap.

I bought it already had leather. Some audio

If no other codes present then chasing a leak is not helping you.
"P0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow"
With as many bad vs good aftermarket purge valves out there I stick to OE. I experienced, again, this issue on Tuesday. This time it was a NAPA part the individual had installed.
