    What is this part called and how bad of a fix is it? 2018 4Runner sr5 130k miles smelt smoke earlier went to look under the engine and ran the it for a few minutes and saw this part leaking on the coils

    Calling it now, timing chain cover leak. It's always the timing chain cover.

    Pressure wash clean, check in a day or so. Pinpoint it.

    You posted a picture of the front of the engine. The ignition coils are not at the front of the engine. Draw an arrow as to where you think the oil is exiting from?

    From the picture, the highest point with leakage appears to be at the power steering pump, which usually means it's leaking at the timing chain cover near the power steering pump.
