Fog lights

It stopped moving at 193443 about 2 days ago. I took apart the speedometer to see if there was corrosion or loose connections. I scrubbed the connections with isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush to see if that would help. I put everything back and tried it out, not only does my odometer still now work, but my speedometer now only goes about half the speed I am actually going. Can anyone suggest what I should do?

I just replaced the whole speedo in my 96 T100 with over 200K miles when it self destructed. Took pictures with newspaper header date both before and after. Did not hurt resale.

I'd check continuity, some of those traces near the top right of the board in the last photo don't look so good. There are ways to fix that.

If continuity is good buy a used one. You use to be able to spin the cable drive ones with a drill to match the milage (or not in many cases). Leave a note next to the ODO disclosing the previous milage on the old one, and the starting milage of the new one, and you'll be good to go.
