Not sure what this connector does

I wake up one morning to find that my windshield wipers are inoperable, I pop the hood to find a giant rat's nest in the righthand corner of the engine bay. Luckily, there was minimal damage, a few wires and vacuum lines chewed up, thanks to the dealership manuals I was able to piece together most of the severed connections, but this one I couldn't seem to figure out what this one goes to. If any of you guys know where it goes to that would be great.
