I’ve searched through the other threads on dash noises but can’t quite pin down what I’m dealing with.

The noise I’m hearing sounds like a Morse code tapping — almost like metal on metal. It seems to come from the lower driver’s side, close to the door area.

Setup: ARC splash guards + 2.5”front 2” in the back. Dobinsons lift all around. Falken wildpeak at4w 285/70/17

I’ll try uploading video here to see if anyone recognizes it. Any ideas on where to start looking would be appreciated!
    Sounds internal.

Welcome from Wisconsin! More than likely something to do with your aftermarket splash guards... I'm guessing.

It sounds like it’s coming from the inside of the truck. It’s so pronounced!
    I’ll check. Thanks.

^^^ This! It is a common occurrence if one of the fasteners gets loose. Its amazing how loud and annoying the sound is.

Splash is secured. Even the slightest movement definitely not replicat the same sound.

I think I had the same issue your having. I was working on my brakes and noticed this piece of rubber shield that covered the exhaust was loose but attached. I used self tapper screws only due to the metal it was attached to was so thin and seemed like extra. im sure there's a better way to attach but I don't hear the noise so far
