Hello y’all. Hope someone has some answers for me. I have a 2011 4Runner sr5. I installed an eibach stage 2 lift kit and jba UCA’s. I installed my lift kit a month ago, and I have been having issues with it. More of a noise. When I first got it back, I found my driver UCA loose since I was was hearing a clunking noise. I ended up taking it back, and he tighten it. But still till this day I still hear a clunk noise when I accelerate only. I’ve tried rocking my rig back and forth and couldn’t duplicate the noise that way. The noise ONLY comes when I accelerate and the noise doesn’t happen ALL the time but it does happen often. And the noise only happens on the driver side. I have took it back to the shop that installed it 2 times and he couldn’t find anything and I took it to another to look at it and he said everything looked tighten. Are they missing something or is there something else I can look at myself.

Common clunking comes from loose sway bar mounts, and end links. A big error people make is tightening the links without holding them with a hex wrench.

Another common bolt not tightened to spec is the LCA cam bolts.

Also mate, I have the Eibach Stage 2 lift. I had a clunk i was chasing for the longest time, and it ended up being the LCA cam bolts weren't torque correctly after I got an alignment. I chased that noise for about 7 months. I had another shop locally, check the bolt specs of all of the front suspension components, and indeed, the two LCA cam bolts were not torqued to the 135 lb ft (i believe) is required. Since then, not a sound.

    Cheers
    Sean

Welcome from Wisconsin! The things to check and look at are pretty much what everybody above said.
