No start and burning ECM out

Good morning.

I’ve got a 07 Toyota 4Runner 4.0 that won’t start. It’s burned out 2 ECM’s. Has anyone had a problem like this? There is no power going to the little wire at the starter relay in the engine compartment. And the ECM gets very hot. One actually started smoking

When I first started before I realized the ECM was burnt. I changed the starter. Alt. And all the grounds in the engine bay.

Is there a common short that burns out the ECM?

Are there any electrical gurus here?
