Placed the allocation in early January and just picked her up last Thursday.
The wife couldn't be happier with the overall looks, feel of the handling, loves the Tech and especially the power running boards.

We were on the fence of LC or 4 Runner,I like the look of the Cruiser over the Runner but the Misses is a peanut and really wanted the power running boards, the LC in any trim level doesn't off running boards and it is hers so the 4 Runner it is.

I like the bold new look to it and all the tech is just like our 3rd gen tundra,it is sound and I was surprised of the pick up and the handling in sport+ is impressive.
The new tires definitely changes the overall appearance and stance of it.

2026 TRD Sport Premium in Cutting Edge. Westcott Design leveling kit, Black 18" TRD Pro wheels with 35" Toyo AT3's. I was under the impression the power running boards were not available (at least not the AMP Research running boards). Does Toyota offer power running boards for Gen 6 4R and how is the quality?

    Thanks,

Congrats on your new ride and ya gotta put some pics up,I wanted 35's on the wife's but on stock suspension it wouldn't work but 275/65 are good!
The running boards were a must have as the wife is a peanut, she likes my OEM power running boards my 23 Tundra and wanted them on her next vehicle.
She was torn between the Land Cruiser and 4RUNNER but the LC doesn't offer power running boards in any trim level, so the 4 Runner was the best decision. The boards are wide enough and very solid, I like how close they tuck up to the body for more clearance and if you want I can post up measurements when I get home.

Some measurements would be great. I'd like to see how the steps look when they're down and also when they're tucked up. I'm curious to see how much of the read door opening they cover. Seems like they'd only cover about half of the door opening. Not a lot of room to fit the steps in there.
I will work on getting some photos of mine posted. I struggle with technology (we're like oil and water). Not sure how to get pics from my phone posted on here.

    Thanks,

Thanks for the pics. The steps look great. They look very similar to the AMP Research steps on my GMC Duramax. I'll begin the process for getting the OEM steps on my 4Runner. I'll check with my IT department (my youngest son) on getting some photos of my 4Runner posted here. Thanks again.
