Hey, I’m new too but welcome to the group. Actually I’m an old member if you count Tacomaworld where I lived before buying my current 4 Runner. Bocanegra687, you must be in the south, because you don’t see many 2001 Toyota’s up here because of rust issues.

Yes sir. To be exact I’m in Southern California. Actually I have a buddy up in puyalup Washington and he told me about this rustoleum undercarriage paint that has worked so great for him. He as well has a 2001 4Runner and hasn’t had any rust problems

Hey everyone! Hope y’all having a blessed Sunday. It’s been a good minute I have logged on just too busy with other preoccupations. Anyway, I have a little predicament, on my 01 Toyota 4Runner sr5 I am replacing the tranny filter and gasket. I need help in the shift linkage assembly and Kits needed if any for reassembly. The mechanic that was suppose to help me with it left me to fend for myself. Long story short I need advice or any tips in my transmission reassembly. Thanks so much.
